We have a hostile Jewish neighbor. Not frum, and dislikes frum people. But, from what I've heard around the neighborhood, she is plenty hostile to non-Jewish neighbors too. She doesn't, to my knowledge, trespass on our property, but she constantly complains to the town and police about us and about her other neighbors. She thinks anything she doesn't like must be some sort of violation. The sense of entitlement is unreal.
I don't have any advice for now, but I sympathize.
