What have you been taught, that will make you "forget your learning"?
I think everyone knows that you have to burn or flush your nail clippings, because if someone steps on one it will make him forget his learning. (If a woman steps on one it will make her miscarry, but that's another subject for another time.)
I've heard that if you put your socks on in the wrong order, you will forget your learning.
Anything else? I know there's more out there.
Please, can we do this without mocking? I'm just curious. If anyone has sources, that would be great, too.

If you eat olives you must add olive oil to them so as not to forget your learning

There is a gemara on the subject, but not during Tisha BAv. I'll edit this post later, Bli neder, to actually answer your question.

No drinking water while eating fish. Or right after.
Only wine after fish.

Leaving a book open when you go away. I'm pretty sure they mean a sefer, not a book of secular knowledge. Personally, I don't believe any of this stuff. However, I feel it's disrespectful to a sefer to leave it open. That's why bookmarks were invented, don't you think? I don't leave even secular books open. Call me the bookmark queen.

Not wearing clothes inside out or backwards. Not taking off two garments together for example and shirt and an undershirt.
Not eating the end of the bread.

So do women eat it or is there intentional Baal Tashchit?
(I have enough issue with hfrashat challah and trumot and maasrot-but those were intended to be eaten by a cohen and bimhera beyamenu will be again)

I heard of most that were mentioned, but that not all necessarily makes one forget learning, just you don't do. Don't know though what does happen lol
Clipping nails one after the other, other than women on mikvah night. (This I did hear can make you forget learning)

Not sitting on a table
Not passing a kid over a table
Not sitting at corner of table
Not having 2 people working on a kid same time. Ex: dressing or making their hair at same time
Crumbs on floor make one poor
Plus many of the above:
Olives with olive oil
Nails on the floor and miscarriage
But going over someone and then back over was highly enforced.

Never heard any of these.
The only thing I can think of would be the angel Gabriel teaching Torah to babies before they are born, then touching them on the lip so they forget.
