I usually make the cholent early (strange I know)
And I make everything else Friday morning 10am if I’m lucky to wake up that early.
Im reading now on ima that we can’t cook till chatzos? Does that mean today afternoon, or tomorrow afternoon?
How will y’all do it?
It takes me like 5 hours to make everything.
I make one thing at a time

You can cook from today after chatzos.
You can ask your Rav just to be sure.
