Just found this in the new users guide. I knew it was somewhere, but couldn't find it in the rules, which was where I looked first.

Just found this in the newcomers guide. I knew it was somewhere, but couldn't find it in the rules, which was where I looked first. |

The very first time I visited this place I also thought that OP is just another screen name. So that’s why I feel that poster was simply clueless and confused.
