So if someone is approved and then afterwards is unapproved and they request the money back, so be it, no? They pay the money back.

Some people are not legitimately eligible for PUA.
In the circumstance I referred to above, if the employee gets approved for unemployment benefits, the employer’s UI premiums may be raised by the DOL.

I would like to politely point out that what op is contemplating, and many of you are helping her do, is FRAUD. It doesn’t matter how many millions of others have done and are doing it, it’s still fraud.

Does that affect previous employer of within the past 18 mos if the person happened to have left the job nothing to do with being let go because of covid?
