I’ve been on ww’s for years but have been cheating too much lately.
Recently I switched to purple (from green).
I’m looking for food ideas on purple.
Especially for shabbos...

Im not on purple but I know it well
Brown rice
Sweet potatoes
Grilled veg
Salmon
Chicken cutlets
Corn salad
Chickpea salad

Can do whole wheat pasta salad and/or lox for shalosh seudos

Airpopped popcorn for snack
Fresh fruit whatever you like but make it exciting with summer choices

WW’s has the blue, green and purple plan. I don’t know if it’s working yet because I just started.
I think different plans work better for different people.

I was on purple, but there are so many zero point foods that I really overdid it with them and wasn't losing at all. I've switched to green. Unfortunately I really need the discipline of tracking everything.

So that’s what’s been happening with me.
I’ve switched to purple around 3 weeks ago. The first week I lost 1 pound. Then I realized that I have so many zero point options and I started eating a lot. I gained back that pound and haven’t lost it.
I’m thinking that I need to start exercising.. even walking every day. It’s been so hot so I haven’t started. Hopefully next week. If I don’t loose with exercise then I’ll know that I just can’t stay on purple.
But I have to admit... it’s fun to eat oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potatoes, Greek yogurt cheesecake and not have points for that.
