What type of girls? How is the learning?

From what they've told me:
The girls are from Bais Yaakov schools.
The learning is not so much text based, more hashkafa-type. They claim to be very open-minded and ready to answer anything the girls may ask.
It's half-day. The other half is spent either on college, vocational training or a job.
The girls have smartphones and are not required to filter them but are encouraged to do so. There is no dress code but the girls need to cover their knees, collarbone, elbows. No leggings allowed.
