The one in South Fallsburg.
Can you tell me how your experience was?
I want to go for a few days during the week.
Is it scary to be there alone with my kids 8-12 without my husband?
Any information appreciated.

I just Googled it, looks pretty cool.
Haven't been there though.
The question is how old your kids are, if you want to be busy taking them out on the lake yourself, manning a fire pit while supervising kiddos, etc.

No fire pits
Just being on the lake for a night or two and playing on land
We can warm up food in the microwave or take along a hot plate or eat out anywhere around there. No big deal.
I just thought this might be a good experience for them.
I hate crowded areas and I hate to pay too much for a get away.

It does look very blissful. I just know if I was there I'd want to take the kayaks out on the lake.

We rented a spot one visiting day. Stayed for just a few hrs. We got a nice grassy area but a lot of The campgrounds we saw walking around were set further back into the woods. So shady muddy and very buggy. I like the outdoors but this was a lot.
