For Shabbos and Yomtov meals, I like to make special desserts and homemade ice cream. However, every recipe I try I end up with an unpleasant chemical taste from the pareve whipped cream. Does anyone have good ideas what to use instead of pareve whip or can I add something to mask the chemical taste? I tried coconut milk, but it adds too much coconut flavor to my recipes. Any other ideas?

Have you tried coco whip? I don’t think it has a real coconut flavor.

The Brand rich Is the One that gives less this after taste and to a chocolate ice cream that haves chocolate melted I find it works well...
