How can I get ot, pt and speech therapy for a baby without being enrolled in EI?
Any therapists who will do home visits not they EI?

I'm an EI SLP.
How old is your baby?
You'd be paying out of pocket, it can be quite pricey.

Home visits is really EI thing. Through insurance there are centers. Why not EI? If you dont like therapists/agency you can change.

Yes, go to rusk or hospital for joint diseases etc. Or get through st Mary’s to come to the home. You need a good pediatrician or sw to help you navigate.
Is the child not qualifying for EI?

Yes outpt facilities. But not for home visits unless your baby is homebound

I do home visits (I’m an SLP in private practice). Where are you located? I’m guessing Brooklyn since you didn’t say.  I’m not in NY but I know there are private practices in Brooklyn that do home visits. Not sure about currently though due to covid.

Speech depending what you need- had wonderful experience in Rusk for feeding therapy.
OT & pt we did in hospital for JD & was also very happy there. We went there once for a speech eval- but didn’t continue only because there was a very long waiting list to get into the specific program we needed and at that point we got what we needed from EI.
