That is VERY obviously photoshopped. And not even well. Wonder what it said there BEFORE those words were taken out and those words in a different color, larger size and slightly different letter spacing were put in? Most likely a message to not bring smartphones. I've seen that on some very right wing Chassidish invitations in Monsey
