We are planning a trip to Lakewood next week. Can people tell me (1) what places are open food wise or shopping wise- looking for clothes shopping (2) are masks required everywhere?

Im pretty sure every local store is open. Most aren't strict about masks. In most local stores you'll only find a few people in masks, the majority don't wear them.

I always make sure to have a mask with me in case Im asked to put one on.

Legally only outdoor dining is allowed. But most stores will let you eat inside. All places at this point have outdoor dining.
