I forgot to claim benefits for one week in June, HELP!

In June I forgot to claim benefits one week, I realized A week after I didn’t file and called unemployment right away, they said ok Will put it in the system and you should be getting your funds the following week. Obviously it never happened and I kept calling and calling and each time I got the same answer “we have put it in the system and the funds should be available by next Tuesday” it has now been over a month and I still have not received it. I faxed over forms, I emailed and now when I try calling for the last 2 weeks you can’t even reach anyone! I’m so frustrated as I’m very dependent on the $. Does anyone know how I can possibly get through to someone?!
P.S. I tried contacting them as new claim as well (someone on another ima post mentioned to do that) but I was still not able to get through to a live person.
