Anyone knows who sells uniform shirts dickies to be worn under the sweater? I recall there was a company advertising it a year or two ago, but don't remember who.

If you have old ones that don't fit anymore, they'd be perfect to cut into a dickie. Personally, I wouldn't find it comfortable.
