I find that people that only eat in strictly Kosher are not so sincere about kashrus..

That is not the same at all. Comparing me enjoying a swim with my DCs in the ocean to people eating pork is ridiculous.

I have seen “good” kids from “good” families fall prey to p@rn etc. And how many DHs have we read about on here who may be Machmir on a beach but looking at p@rn at home? We all hope none of our kids do but pointing out how wrong pritzus is at every turn to me seems like an obvious way to get a teen interested in Pritzus.

I find it sad that people would rather waste their energy on this thread mocking what my family does vs helping OP.

You know, it's a VERY short jump from skimpy shorts and a tank top, to a swim suit.

How do you keep your boys from seeing secular girls in the summer, when they are just walking around? Do boys have to leave the house blindfolded until the weather drops to a certain temperature?

What temperature is frum enough for these innocent children?

I have a better idea. How about we teach our boys to respect women as human beings, and that staring is RUDE.

BTW, those boys you teach not to look at women at all costs? Those boy are so focused on not seeing anything, that they slam right into me on the street. When sidewalks are crowded, they just plow right on through. Just think of all the women they end up touching every day.

Definitely not shomer negiah! I'd much rather they look at me, and watch where they are going. I have no desire to be bumped into by a bunch of "holy" bochurim.

So now on a frum orthodox website women are mocked for following their rabbanim and mesorah.
This is not right.
