Me too but I live in Lakewood, DH is from Lakewood as am I. I'd love to get out of here but I don't think he ever will.

Flatbush area to Teaneck. I guess we will see where our kids end up to decide where we will live after retirement. DH isn’t interested in moving to Israel although I’d love to at least buy an apartment there.

Silver Spring, MD, where he got a military job and DD was born!

So each of my three kids was born in a different state, and I’ve lived on both coasts and the Midwest!

I sort of always knew I’d never be able to afford to live in my hometown, and I miss LA and my parents. But BH I’m very happy in Silver Spring, and after living in such green suburbs with woods and creeks all around, I don’t think I could ever move back to a crowded, bricks-and-concrete city. Out of town suits me just fine!

Grew up in Brooklyn 70s and 80s. Now live in Lakewood.

Wish I could move back to the Brooklyn of the 70s and 80s but for me it no longer exists. Most of the people I would want to move back for are either dead or are very elderly or live elsewhere.
