I am going out of my mind because I cant lose my baby weight. Just cried because while I refuse to take pictures, I just was in oneand saw how I look. And really cried hard( point of story is sympathy so that someone will respond instead of just read) I went on a diet that I had previously been on, and did not have results...
Can anyone recommend a nutritionist in brooklyn that they used? Id prefer a plan that is at least 2-3 pounds a week..I am very committed... out of pocket is ok.

There are a lot of good nutritionists out there. My suggestion is to go to the one that is most convenient for you, as that is what makes it sustainable. Either convenient by location, hours, or pay (through insurance). Off the bat, Bassie Berkowitz on 18th Ave and BP Nutrition on 12th Ave are very good, as are many others.
