My husband spoke to Rabbi Dembitzer on Monday. They're still not sure. It really depends on what Cuomo decides, but they would like to open. If they don't open, they will give everyone a full refund.

as we all know, the chances that camps are opening is very slim, but it wasn't announced officially. I assume that camp directors are hoping that when the governor makes his decision, it will iyh, hopefully be positive so they're holding off with notifying the parents until then.
