I recently moved and my large living room, dining room, and kitchen are all hardwood. It’s an open layout, no doors.
Which Roomba would be best?
About 7 years ago I had one that was basically an electric Swiffer, but it got stuck at edges and at chairs and tables so much that it didn’t save me much time. I’ve heard they make them better now.
This one is on sale today, anyone like it?

My new obsession is Roborock brand. But they're super expensive. Some of them have a vacuum/mop combo. They have no-go zones etc. Super cool.

I have the Roomba675 for $250. Love it! It doesn't get stuck unless we forget to put something away, like a cell phone charger that's plugged into the wall and resting on the floor.
We also bought the virtual wall (it's like a 2 inch gadget), so we can lock it into a room without doors, and it only cleans there. (On some robo vacuums, you can map a path on the app without the need for a virtual wall).
I'd love the Roomba7, which empties itself, but that's $700.
