What allergy is this season??? I just developed allergies itchy runny sneezey nose. Itchy red eyes. Itchy throat. What can I take???

I take zyrtec and mucinex every night. My kids take claritin. I think fall allergies are starting already. I noticed that ds has been sneezing a lot.
