I'm confused. You give 20% maaser but no tuition? How does that even make sense? If you mean that you get a tuition break you could still use your maaser money to support the school. It's about doing the right thing, you should really ask a rabbi.

Huh? Who said we're not paying tuition? We just don't use maaser money for it.
