I am looking to get a new smartphone. I’ve had an iphone for years. Generally when I need a new phone I would just get the most affordable yet current enough iphone.
However, I read lots of articles about Unhealthy radiation levels being reported etc and am super concerned about that. So that is a huge factor for me.
Does anyone know anything about this and have any recommendations?
Thanks!!!

Of course
But there are different radiation levels within certain ‘safety’ limits. There are also reported cases of phones emitting more radiation than company stated, such as specific iphones.
I did read that samsung overall is way better than apple and makes an effort to lower the radiation.
Hope someone can give some guidance!

The difference between phones is much smaller than the difference between a phone and no phone. Anyway, the amount and type of radiation is considered safe and isn't that different from the waves you're constantly exposed to anyway.

I’m not sure about specific phones, but I’ve heard that 5G works with a lot more radiation than 4G, so maybe go for a phone without 5G capability.

Again not all radiation is the same. Even 5g cannot penetrate your skin. Sunbathing is more dangerous
