Cricket hotspot and optimum phone aren’t working at the same time. Optimum is down so I upgraded my cellphone plan and I got cricketwireless hotspot to work. But cricket hotspot only works when optimum is off. But I need my home phone to work that I have through Optimum (otherwise I’m unable to do work). What’s the solution Optimum phone is working but it is still down for me for internet. Phone works, but it has to be off for my cricket hotspot to work because phone and internet depend on each other with Optimum.
Any solution?
