You must be old like me.
My best friend lived on that block.
Isn't it the less desirable part of town now?

I moved out of Baltimore but I believe that side of town may be having a resurgence?

Menlo has become popular again. I've done kitchen and whole house renovation design for more than one young family on Menlo in the last few years. Adjacent streets are also seeing a renaissance. I have a current whole house renovation and new kitchen in process right now on Glen, which backs up to Menlo.

It was a beautiful 7 bedroom home on Menlo dr in Baltimore. 4000+ sq ft. For under 400k.

Maybe she hopes to buy it and doesn't want competition.

Yes and no. It is closer to the questionable areas. However, Menlo is a sought after block. A ton of young frum families. I've even heard of houses selling before even making it to the market. I know of 4 houses that sold on Menlo in the last 2 years of which I only knew of 2 that made it to the public market and for very short. Menlo houses usually go quick.
