For those that usually go for sukkos are you going for this year as well? What about for chol hamoed ? Because it’s four full days been hearing that people are going to Orlando? What is everyone doing about quarantine if you are going?

I mean coming back to New York and the kids to go back to school after sukkos is it going to be a problem are schools going to make you quarantine is it still considered a hot spot?

Why would you go and jeopardize your school year? If you do, you'll have to be home for an extra 2 weeks after you return, with no school for the kids during that time.

What are the rules for quarantining upon returning to New York? New Jersey?
Is it enforced in any way by the cities or schools?

Here are NYS recommendations. https://coronavirus.health.ny......xt=If you have traveled from,for requiring such quarantine.
You need to ask your school their policy but I don't see how your school could have a policy that is more lenient than the state. You'll need to ask your school if they even allow travel now.
