since we have to quarantine now for a week I'm looking for a big project. We did a huge makkos project before pesach and a big har sinai before shavuos. So I'm looking for something big that will take lots of time LOL that has to do with rosh hashana...
For ages 4-7.
Thanks!

It doesn't have to be just Yamim Nora'im focused. You could work on a massive sukkah decoration as well. Then each year you would be able to take it out and look back on the travails of this year, and appreciate the freedom and the company in your sukkah.

When we were kids my mom used to ask us to make a huge paper chain for the succah. Older ones cut the paper, younger ones taped it together. It kept us busy while she cooked for yt, but you could do it with them if you have time.

Or diamond/sequin art. The younger ones will need help, but it can make a gorgeous decoration.

There are beautiful diamond art projects with the ushpizen or with shivas haminim. They take some time, and would look beautiful in a sukkah. They are pricey, though.

Simanim placemat: A big paper (like 11x17") and glue on 4 white doilies. On one put a paper apple with honey (can paint a real apple and stamp in on if you want), on one a paper pomegranate (can add red sequins for seeds), on one a paper round challa and on the last a paper fish head (can put a googly eye) Or adjust to what you like. You can make it on glass plates with paper on the underside, or in between 2 clear plastic trays, just throwing out ideas.
Laminate if paper and they can use it at their Rosh Hashana meals.

Apple stamp painting (cut apple in half and dip in paint). If you Google you can find ideas for placemats, napkins, New Years cards, etc.
