Any ideas how to roast a Fillet Medumeh (#6 in Israel)?
Can it be done low and slow?

I have found this site helpful with understanding Israeli cuts of meat: https://cooking.marcgottlieb.com/charts/meat/
Scroll down and he gives a couple of cooking options for #6. It's supposed to be a yummy cut of meat. He doesn't cook it in liquid, but I've heard with Israeli meat you pretty much always have to cook in liquid, low and slow. So you might want to wait for a tried and true recipe from someone else.

I have done #6 low and slow. I find you pretty much can't mess up most meats with cooking low and slow.
