Joblink of Maryland is run for the frum community to find jobs. They also help with interview prep

I think if you give specifics as to type of job as well as workplace type, pple would be able to help more.
Many people in Baltimore don't specifically work in Jewish workplaces.

Are you entry level? What background for you have to offer employers? Are you looking for benefits?

Try looking on Baltimore Jewish Life, there are job postings there. (Not tons, though.)

Am I correct in assuming you just moved here or are moving shortly? Welcome!!

Baltimore is unlike NY/NJ. You wont find a job with a good salary on a couple years of experience by virtue of being a frum married (or frum divorced) women. The heimish jobs here just do not pay that much for an office position. You would do better to look outside the frum community for work (thats what I did) if you need a good salary right off the bat. It takes people in the real world some years to work up to a better paying position.

That being said, TA has a few open office positions and the pay is ok. The Kahal Chassidim Daycare/preschool is looking for one lead and one assistant. I also know of a chabad house that is looking for a bookkeeper. The various frum kid’s therapy clinics (speech, OT/PT) hire from time to time.

That is not realistic for the heimish office jobs here. It’s not even realistic for nonheimish office jobs. Esp when you only have a few years experience.

Sounds like a lot of money for little experience and no degree...or do you have a degree?

Right, now you know why there is such a disconnect whenever there is a thread here comparing salaries in frum workplaces. NY and definitely Lakewood are not representative of most frum workplace salaries.
