Way more than once daily.
It’s ridiculous.
I work from home and get bumped off work calls.
It’s 10 AM and I already got pumped off 3 times.

Their service is ridiculous. Half the time it doesn't work properly or it is super duper slow, and they keep raising their prices. I pay double what I paid when I signed up and ironically if I sign up now for a TV package I will get it for cheaper. If I could just get through to their customer service. Awful.

Wow!
So theres SIX very lucky people who hardly ever get bumped with Optimum?
Do you have your own router, modem, or other equipment?
I had a hellish last week with NO internet for 2 days.
Now I get bumped at least twice daily, most days way more than twice.

I am having major issues with them lately. My tv is not working at all. Internet is so spotty it’s ridiculous. Phone no problems! I wish Verizon put up fios on my block already so I can switch. No other service makes sense right now. What to do

Yes.
We use our own router. Their modem. We also got an extender when covid started and we needed to have good access on the other end of the house where we set up two offices.

The service has been tanking since March. We rent a modem and router from them so it is also a hardware issue with us, but this poll helps me see that the network in frum areas is also falling apart.

Im in BP and it only got terrible August/September.
I was pretty satisfied until August/September.

My service is bh good but their service sucks. I have never seen a company so badly treat their customers. Wait time is forever. It's ridiculous. They used to be amazing with customer service. I don't know what happened.
