There are 3.
Flatbush Nutrition (Part of Boro Park Nutrition) 347-746-0453 East 14th and Kings Hwy
Zehava Zell 917-825-1008 East 17th and N
Beth Warren Nutrition 347-292-1725 East 4th And O
Those three places take pretty much all insurances.
If you have private insurances, there are more flatbush dietitians that take them too

I was very happy at BP Nutrition on 12th & 44th. They have a location on 18th Ave and in Flatbush too as mentioned above.
