If they already have some knowledge of poses, could you use a Yoga CD (audio instructions only)? This doesn't work well if people need to watch someone else do the pose to understand it. But if they have some yoga experience, it could work.

Try cosmic kids on YouTube , altho they may be too old for it , I did it with my kids during lockdown
