Dragostea Din Tei (the original song) was released in 2003 and its melody was ripped off by the Jewish noise-pollution cult the following year. At least that's the date on this version of the version with the stuttering lyrics - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5cFbRkFpVRM
It was also used in Festigal in the same year, I think with lyrics translated from the original. Festigal is an Israeli music performance for children which has also brought such masterpieces as "The Ketchup Song" to unfortunate Israeli children.
