I'm putting together my wedding album on Zno and it warned me that the pictures are low resolution and may come out poor. I have no more patience. I've been working so long on this. Can I just ignore the message and order it already? Anyone have experience with this? Confused

Are the pictures from a professional photographer? Then they shouldnt be low quality.

Yes, they're from a professional photographer and it looks beautiful on the computer. But about every picture, it says that message of low resolution...

OP, do either of these help?

How do I fix this warning that says my image has low resolution?

What image resolution should my images be?

Maybe read the above and then double check with the photographer that you've received the high res images.

Don't order as is.
Are you sure the photographer gave you hi res? Ask.
Maybe you accidentally upload the pics onto their site as low resolution? I think some places give you the choice.
It can also happen if you're using pictures downloaded on your phone.

Hey, thank you so much for your responses! I'm going to try the links you sent.

I did download the pics from my phone. Do I need to download again? Can't Believe It

I'm thinking you might need to. Can you save your layout and then work on a computer, downloading each image again as needed so you at least don't have to rethink your selections?

Some photographers specifically embed the photos so that you need to order through them, or else they will be low res.

Not taking any responsibility for the quality of your album, but I've ordered many albums there and always get the low resolution errors. I ignore them because I know my pics are good quality, and they always arrive looking sharp and beautiful. Great website!

Good point.

OP, did the photographer give you permission /tell you to order prints from a 3rd party?

How do their prints and photo books compare to Mpix? Shutterfly? Adorama?

Haven't tried mpix or adorama. It's much better quality than Shutterfly. Incomparable.

Yes. I once had downloading from my phone result in lower res pics being uploaded.

OP, I'm curious:

What ended up being the issue and what did you do to resolve it?

I basically downloaded pics from the the email my photographer sent me. Besides, I did it on my phone. My photographer told me to use the USB pictures since they're high resolution. I'll be spending the next few weeks copying the album I already finished. It's going to be worth it Iy"h. Thank you so much for the support! Hug
