Hi recently I tasted kosher Malabi sold in evergreen here in monsey. It was ready made and packaged in the fridge. It was made by an Israeli brand that Also makes cheesecake and I can’t seem to find it again. Anyone know what I’m talking about? What about rosewater? Does it have to be kosher and where could I find it? Is Cortes rosewater ok to use?

I don't know if rosewater needs a hechsher but I usually use Sadaf brand which is kosher certified. They sell it at grocery stores near me in NY but you can also buy it on their website.
