Anyone knows of a Montessori style Girls school in Brooklyn that would possibly be open to accepting a chassidish Child who is twice exceptional? And could provide transportation to Williamsburg? We’re pretty close to CH if that helps.

The only legitimate montessori yeshiva is modern orthodox and its in East Brunswick. There may be a local school that is inspired but they would have to have resources to deal with your kid. The montessori school in CH closed down already.

There used to be a Bnei Aliyah in Flatbush and then a breakoff whose name is escaping me. I know one closed down, but I thought maybe the other is still going?

My child is also gifted and adhd and we felt Montessori was too self directed for a kid like that.

There is Bnos Esther Malka in Flatbush that uses both Montessori and Waldorf methods. It could be a good fit for your daughter. However they do not provide transportation. They used to rent space in prospect park girls school but due to corona had to leave and now they’re at another location in Flatbush.

I think she’s do great she’s a very independent kid and doesn’t like being controlled.
