I want to make the cups with 3 layers for a simcha. cake, mousse and whip.How do you make the chocolate mousse layer? is it whip with cocoa? or real chocolate? Anyone have a recipe? thanks

Here's my recipe for chocolate mousse.
Never used it in a 3 layer dessert though, I usually serve in little cups with nuts sprinkled on top.

Does this freeze well? Can I triple recipe?
