Can anyone recommend healthy (no sugar, no flour, nothing artificial) amazing desserts, besides fresh fruit.

Is maple syrup, honey, stevia, or xylitol permitted? How about date sugar or coconut sugar?
To serve to guests or just family (I.e. how fancy or formal, is presentation really important)

Preferably no honey, def no artificial ingredients, and uniquely delicious. Medium presentation, need not a masterpiece

Ah ok. I'll try to post more later but in the meantime try searching for Paleo desserts, or paleo vegan desserts. I have made some yummy cashew "ice cream" recipes sweetened with mango I think. Think, soaked raw cashews, put in food processor with mango , freeze it, yummy!

Whip coconut cream (from can) withcocoa powder and a little natural sweetener. Place in individual dessert bowls or shot glasses. Top with toasted coconut or almonds

You could use low sugar chocolate and make bark with whatever you want. I do a date log kept in the freezer then sliced with pistachios salt and cinnamon. Try using almond flour to make biscotti. I always reduce the heat by 25 degrees from what the recipe calls for when using almond flour. Coconut flakes are a good substitute for a mousse pie crust.

My husband makes roasted mixed nuts every week for Shabbat, and they are delicious. No one ever complains that all we served for dessert was roasted nuts and dark chocolate.

Sorbet made with frozen fruit
Or just plain frozen mango/ pineapple/berries
Strusel stuffed apples
Apple crumble using oats
Chocolate rice crispy squares
Sugar free jello cups with fruit inside
Homemade coconut oil chocolates
Herbal tea with a piece of dark chocolate?
Good luck!
