I just read an amazing book and I wanted to share the treasure with everyone. It's called Write Your Way Home and is written by Yocheved Rottenberg, who is a therapeutic writing teacher, with fun stories and inspiration by Chaya Hinda Allen.
The book is a blend between a sefer and a self-help book, but everything is through writing. There are writing exercises for loads of topics - any mood that you are in, you can find an exercise for it. And it's also full of Torah mekoros and hashkafa about each topic. It's a fascinating peek into yourself.

Yup, im proud to be Yocheveds sister and waiting for the book to come out in the US and get my pre-ordered copy.
Great read and writing exercises to do especially this time of year!!
