It's adult, in my opinion, although my pre-teens already asked me to read it, saying other girls in their class read it. I think I would wait a few years before agreeing for them to read. Lots of sensitive info in there.

I think the unanswered cry was written better. The other one was a bit drawn out in my opinion.
