Is your child overweight or really obese? My kid went from average/thin to overweight to obese. At least to me he looks obese. And yes I know my kids chances of being overweight are higher because of genetics but this seems way to much and to soon.

My son is in currently in the 97th percentile for weight, but was previously >99% (last year). His BMI just says "High" (as opposed to my other, slimmer son - he gets a number). And he's short/below average height.
My pediatrician is amazing, but we're located in Los Angeles. I don't think you're near us because most LA schools don't give food.
