What is it like? In particular, how does it compare to the main mikvah on Madison?

Are you looking for Shabbos or weekday? It’s very small and hard to get weekday appt. there are only 3 rooms.
it’s clean. Rooms are standard. Regular supplies. They hand you towel and robe when you get there.
I rarely go during the week - mainly Shabbos - so don’t remember how phone service works.
There is one mikvah lady. Always been nice (somehow I always know them)

Don’t be It’s A clean and just regular. But tiny so a little diff and less formal. The only thing is you can hear everything bec it’s so small so keep that in mind if you make s phone call.

I’ve gone Friday night a few times. I think appt was always before the meal.
