I’m trying to make my brisket glazed ... like with the sauce sort of congealed onto the meat. How can I do that? It’s always just the meat sitting in the gravy . Should I uncover it while baking ? Reduce it on the stovetop ? It’s already marinated overnight .

Bake it with onion garlic and salt. Last 30 minutes, spread on the glaze and put it back in the oven uncovered.

When I make meatloaf I do this twice
I bake it for 20-30 minutes plain
Glaze with 1/2 the sauce and bake another 10
And then glaze again with the other 1/2 for the last 5 minutes
