In my circles only the Baal tefila wears one. So to answer your question: not yet

The prevalent Ashkenazi minhag is not to wear a kittel on Rosh Hashana. Only if you are davening for the Amud or blowing the shofer.

I got lazy in my work & decided to take a quick break... my husband is a Baal tefilah & completely forgot about kittel! Lemme go dig it out... don’t remember if washed it from pesach yet...
