Yes, in skver all marrieds or previously married wear a kittel, except in shana rishona.

The prevalent Ashkenazi minhag is not to wear a kittel on Rosh Hashana. Only if you are davening for the Amud or blowing the shofer.

My father in law does. My husband doesn't but was told that he should if he is ever with my father in law for RH.

I got lazy in my work & decided to take a quick break... my husband is a Baal tefilah & completely forgot about kittel! Lemme go dig it out... don’t remember if washed it from pesach yet...
