No, shabbos lunch meal is divided.

In reg shabbos lunch would be 12 & later third meal. On Rh, many shuls finish davening 6 pm. Thats when lunch is served but there is no time for another meal before zman, so you lets say wash & eat fish. Bentch. Wash right away again, eat the cholent as SS. Got it?
I guess that’s very cultural.
We start vatikin and finish at ten thirty- ish. Usually have a dairy kiddush and then a big YT meal later, on Shabbat I think we’re just going by to switch have an early seuda and a lighter dairy meal in the afternoon.
Edit-
So basically people don’t eat all day? Is there a kiddush in shul?
What do women do? Do you go to shul or are you home alone all day and just grab a bite. This is berry different from the I’ve grown up observing Rosh Hashana. In my community growing up, the shul that finished late finished at one thirty or two o’clock and they have a kiddush.

There is a break between shachris & mussaf. Men come home to make kiddush/cake but its not at 10 rather like 12-1
