Yes because he’s Baal tokea. Also because it’s not as hot as a jacket, so he might wear it first day too. But that minyan is inside, so who knows.
He also brings a kittel to Shul on hoshana rabba since most people forget or don’t know that the baal tefilla needs one.
He keeps his father’s kittel for such emergencies.

Yes he does. I thought all married men wore them.
My husband is the baal tokea and also yekke so I guess any which way I look at it he would wear one today.
