If the tree is public (from side walk not your backyard) then call 311 for a free tree trimming. We recently had a few trees trimmed on our block.

Thanks.
He used to work in BP, but works in Lakewood these days.
Anyone have someone who works in BP?

Hard call. If it's a city tree, you are legally not allowed to cut it. Call the City and they will do nothing about it. BTDT. Most tree cutters don't want to touch City trees. Having said that, I will post a number I received in my search.

Its in the back, not a city tree. I think my friend found someone Rimpler who does this in BP.

Another vote for family tree service. I used them years ago to trim a tree hanging over my backyard. Very pleasant to deal with.
