I’m 14 weeks pregnant and my rabbi said that if I’m really not feeling well on Yk to have an oz of a high protein drink every 4 min. Any suggestions on what I should use? Want to have something ready...

My Rav said to prepare shiurim just in case as well, but I don't like the idea of protein drinks. I'm just pre measuring water, vitamin water and small whole grain crackers.

Sounds like he only okay’d liquids. Maybe I’ll just do boost or ensure, I’m not CY but I usually try to be during aseres yamei teshuva- but I don’t think there are alternatives in my area so I may have to go with that for my health.

I also have to do liquid-only shiurim. I make fruit and vegetable smoothies myself. I put in yogurt, milk, peanut butter, and any other protein idea. I add oats too. And flax/chia seeds.
