If they find a reliable and affordable T-cell test, we may see that significantly more of us have immunity. This can happen from previous Coronvirus infections.

Vaccines are engineered to offer a much higher antibody response then getting the regular virus. Vaccines are engineered also to make high antibodies to the most vulnerable part of the virus as opposed to your own immune system we just hit or miss in which parts of the virus that affects.
