Don’t own the cookbook (Not a fan of cooking) but I did buy it as a gift for Someone and it’s a work of art!! Curious about ur wording...

Worth making?

Do you think her whole cookbook is a waste of time and energy and you’re trying to determine if it’s worth anything?

Why not-

Can anyone recommend specific recipes from this cookbook that they tried and enjoyed?

I’m sorry not usually one to “attack” posters... I just feel the wording isn’t fair to the author of the cookbook .. perhaps you can edit?

Made the pareve ranch dip
The maple onion balsamic chicken
The cracked string beans (everyone raves about them but I like mine better, lol. Not such a soy sauce fan!)
Don't remember if anything else, I got it only like 2 weeks ago and I don't like taking time to make new recipes when I'm in a pinch like mad rush YT cooking, lol

Plan on making more as life settles down.
Lots of chicken recipes that I want to try.
I want to try the no boil corned beef but haven't found in my city.

BBq cumin carrots - delish fresh but got soggy when reheating
String beans - yum
Non dairy creamy veg soup with dumplings - fast and good but too much dumpling batter
Apple honey chicken - delish but would probably make only for Rosh Hashana
Sprinkle choc chip cookies - were really good but prob won’t make again bec don’t like marg in cookies.
Brisket on stove- ended up freezing for succos so don’t know how tastes.
Shnizel 3 Ways - made bbq version. Kids liked it - nice was oven baked had great consistency.

I'd be interested in the no boil corned beef recipe, if anybody can post it.

I don't think people should post recipes from the book, unless it is posted publicly elsewhere. It's a new cookbook and the author/publisher etc are counting on actual sales of the book.

I can’t look right now, but before posting recipes from a cookbook, you should look in the front and see if it says anything about not posting the recipes. Many cookbooks do say that you can’t.

She does have some recipes on her blog but not sure if they are the same as her cookbook-- https://peaslovencarrots.com/recipes/
